  • Phase One (7-Days)-Cleanse Preparation: which includes a 1:1 coaching session where we create goals, set intentions, and shop for your food.
  • Phase Two-Focusing on simple, clean foods that are easy to choose from! (Don’t worry I provide recipes, the shopping lists, daily meal plans, and a coaching app that makes this reset cleanse easy and fun)
  • Phase Three- Reintroduce foods back into your body one by one
  • Phase Four- 45-minute coaching session paired with a completion exercise
