Hi, I’m Karissa, a passionate Life & Wellness Coach living in Bellevue, Nebraska with my husband, two kids, and our fur-baby Luka. I have over 5 years of meal planning, food prepping and exercising experience. As a result of losing over 70 lbs. myself, I am passionate and devoted to keeping my health & fitness a priority.

The 365DailyHustle Coaching was born from my personal journey. I offer Life & Wellness coaching services both virtually and locally. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to focus on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun, rewarding, and sustainable. Instead of another complex “diet” program, I coach you to understand how the right food can fuel your body and mind giving you energy, focus, and your desired outcomes.


With my 1:1 coaching session we will work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health.

My vision is to provide you with place of support and connection to reach your goals and get you to love yourself again. I believe in the power of positive thinking and empowering others to discover the best version of themselves.

My Transformation

How My Hustle Began

It has not been easy, but I am here to tell you that change is possible. I can tell you that for the last 8 years I have had to HUSTLE every day for the body, mindset, and life that I now have. I once believed that I was broken, worthless, and held no value, but I am not that women today. I now live a life full of Self-love, Confidence, Focus, Health, Passion, Faith, Belief, Success, Happiness, Clarity, and Honor. I have never been happier in my life than I am today!

The best part about my journey is that I have discovered my true calling and life’s purpose. I am here to empower and support men and women who may feel stuck in their own rut or challenged by life’s moments. As a Personal Life and Wellness Coach, I provide the right support, accountability, and systems to achieve a prosperous, healthy, and happy life.


My Weight-Loss Transformation

Has anyone ever felt like your mind, body, and spirit are stuck in some kind of rut? I would like to share some insight into my “transformation” story because there’s a lot more than just body composition that’s been transformed over the last 8 years.

The photo on the left is me at over 200 pounds, stuck in a serious rut. I’m not just talking about exercise or clean eating kind of rut. No matter how much the scale read, I was blind to what was really happening to my body and my lust for life.

Like many women out there, after getting married and having a few children, we forget that we need to take care of ourselves.

I never seemed to think I had a problem with food or exercise. I always viewed myself as an “active” and “healthy” mom even though I had no workout regimen and no sense of what clean eating was. But the weight kept creeping up on me.

Some would say that I had some really great health habits. (Said no one ever! Lol) The truth is I smoked a pack and half of cigarettes a day, I never seemed to get any gym time in, and I loved eating heavy, unhealthy food – 2 full plates at each sitting.

 To be perfectly honest with you, I thought I looked good. I had confidence in the way I felt, and I thought I had no weight issues.

II was wrong! In fact looking back I see a woman with very little confidence, low energy, no sex drive, stressed out and frustrated all the time. The old Karissa had no willpower. Yep, that Karissa was defiantly on the struggle bus.

About halfway through our tour in Germany, I had an Aha moment. At the age of 25 I was told by a doctor that for my height and weight I was considered Obese. (5’ and 207lbs)

WHAT? HELL NO!!! WOW!!! This Doctor just told me that I was overweight and that I should be concerned about my health. At first, I was pissed off and furious at her. But then I came to realize that she was right, and then I was pissed off at myself.

My weight loss transformation has not been easy, but I am here to tell you that anything is possible. I can tell you that for the last 8 years I have had to HUSTLE every day for the body I now have. The countless hours in the gym and in the kitchen have paid off.

I now live a life full of Self-love, Habits, Confidence, Focus, Health, Passion, Hustle, Faith, Belief, Success, Happiness, Clarity and Honor. I have never been so happy in my life than I am today!

So, what do/did I do differently between the 2 pictures?

  • I rediscovered my love for movement by getting back into the gym 4-6 times per week. (Confession: I am a gym Junkie)
  • I read up on what “healthy and clean” foods actually are.
  • I no longer accept laziness or excuses for myself.
  • I surround myself with positive forward-thinking people.
  • I have a support system (husband, great friends, mentor, coach, and nutritionist)
  • Food Prep and eat clean
